I am a sex-positive clinical social worker supervisor/therapist and AASECT Certified Sex Therapist serving all of Texas via Telehealth. I identify as a cisgender female and my pronouns are she/her/hers. In the therapy world, they say, “your niche will find you.” I was drawn towards sex therapy after I began working with clients struggling with issues around sex and love. Which led me to practice in this field.

I am local to Austin, Texas. I started my therapy career in Dallas, Texas and found my love of sex therapy in Austin, Texas. Being a former military brat and having multiple places to call home, I am excited for the opportunity to reach and serve clients via telehealth and broaden the sex-positive experience across Texas!

I am passionate about challenging societal norms around sex and helping individuals and couples work through obstacles revolving around sex, love, and relationships.

I am trained in The Developmental Model of Couples Therapy which integrates Attachment Theory, Differentiation Theory, and Neuroscience. Another valuable therapy modality for couples I am trained in is Sensate Focused Therapy. This model is taught in session while the couple schedules private homework sessions. It helps couples get out of their head and allow them to experience sensations, together, throughout their bodies.

For my individual clients, I utilize similar modalities in a person-centered approach to help you navigate your personal and intimate life more confidently.
