Whether you're navigating relationship challenges, exploring your sexual identity, or wanting to feel more confident in intimacy, this work supports you in building healthier, more authentic relationships.
We may focus on:

— processing breakups, dating struggles, or relationship transitions.

This work isn’t just about fixing problems—it’s about creating space for growth, agency, and connection. You don’t need to be in a relationship to benefit. Therapy can help you develop the insight, skills, and self-awareness to engage in relationships with more intention and confidence—whether now or in the future.
